Villa Katina has been situated in a small charming fishing town Komiža on the island of Vis. It has four completely equipped apartments : Beige, Blue, Pink and Yellow and it is only 100 meters away from the sea. The apartments Beige and Blue are on the first floor of our house, while Pink and Yellow are downstairs. Each of the apartments comes with two bedrooms, a bath, a living room and a kitchen, together with a terrace overlooking the sea, separate entrance, air conditioning, TV and Internet access.
The sizes of the apartments are 50 m2 + the terrace 15 m2. For all of our guests a parking space will be provided, and there is also an outside barbecue in the garden of our house at your disposal. Smoking and pets are also allowed. Our apartments are an ideal solution for a family vacation, not only because of the beautiful location but also because of the spaciousness and well-equipped apartments. Furthermore, there is a playground very near the house which is a special joy for our youngest guests.
You will have a good time and an unforgettable vacation in the comfort of our apartments, overlooking the bay of Komiža from your terrace.

WE STARTED RENTING
In the year 2000 we started renting out one of the apartments and we kept it going until 2004 when the house was finished and we could offer four new apartments.
HOUSE IS FINISHED
In the year 2004 the final touches to the house were made. In the roof solar cells were installed and the facade of the house was refreshed, giving the entire house a new final look.
THE HOUSE IS NAMED VILLA KATINA
When the construction was finished the house was given a name, Villa Katina. Inside it, 4 apartments were created called: The apartment Plavi, Drap, Roza and Žuti.
A LOT OF GUESTS
Year after year we are getting more and more guests (some of them are new and some are regulars) and we are proud of the fact that all of our apartments are booked without delay on the most visited tourist web site Booking.com.
